Transcription: You can lay out the course, change the graphics, change the graphics of the vehicle, change the way the vehicle behaves, you know, it's top speed, it's the way it handles and so on. You can also change the weather, so you can make it rain or have storms or make it really icy. Each tile has a kind of functionality, like one tile might be a sort of square collision thing, so at the moment it's drawn as a brick, and that tile will always be a square collision block, but you could make it into a shoe or a flower pot or something.
